    I’m a visual artist and musician

    After years of ping-ponging between a creative career and music, I’ve decided to merge both into my own design studio and streetwear brand.

    My designs take inspiration from my passions: heavy music, punk rock, anarchy, sarcasm, and nerdy stuff. If any of that is your jam, welcome!

    The Tropical Fuzz promise is to offer high-quality but reasonably priced apparel with original and exclusive human designs, using non-sweatshop garments and printing everything in the UK.

    As a small independent business, we don’t—and won't—compete with big corporations run by tech bros. Unfortunately, that means we can’t offer things like questionably low prices or free next-day delivery.

    Tropical Fuzz will never be another greedy brand that pretends to care about your political agenda. We just want to make awesome clothes without exploiting people.

    Design Services

    Tropical Fuzz is primarily a design studio founded by Fabio Couto, a Brazilian art director, designer and musician, rooted in Britain since 2009. Tropical Fuzz offers art direction, illustration, visual identity, record and merch artwork, digital campaigns, photography, and other brand-building essentials. We help music, culture, and creative businesses look sharp, communicate clearly, and connect with the people who matter.

    Merch Hub

    The merch hub is an offer to artists who hire our design services. Our clients get free placement on the Tropical Fuzz store if they wish. We work with print-on-demand, so there’s no upfront spend on merch, no bulk orders, no boxes piled at home, and no logistics or admin. Tropical Fuzz fulfils orders and pays artists for each sale, after production costs and a 10% commission for our work.

    Artists retain total ownership of their artwork, decide how much they want to charge for their products, and can cancel the agreement at any time.
