1. About Us Tropical Fuzz is an online store based in the United Kingdom, selling original apparel fulfilled and merchandise via print-on-demand.

2. Products All products are made to order. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors or change of mind. Please refer to our size guides before ordering. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.

3. Ordering By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is fulfilled.

5. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
