1. How We Fulfil Orders All Tropical Fuzz products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. This means your item is printed and dispatched specifically for you after your order is placed.

2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods (e.g. new releases or holidays), this may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Destinations We ship to the UK and internationally. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • UK: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices and are beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
